As the data controller, we wish to inform you pursuant to art. 111 bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Of the law that your personal data acquired by us in compliance with the legislative and contractual provisions in force are mandatory as they are aimed at recruiting personnel for subsequent inclusion in our company staff. Therefore, your refusal to provide them would make it impossible for the writer to carry out the same relationships.
By “processing” of personal data we mean their collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and distribution or the combination of two or more of such operations.
These data are processed by us and by our employees with computer systems (and / or manuals) according to the principles of correctness, loyalty and transparency provided for by the EU Reg. 679/16 and protecting your privacy and your rights.
The treatment, it is reiterated, is carried out exclusively for the purpose of researching personnel for subsequent inclusion in our company staff. The duration is linked to the evaluation of his curriculum vitae, with the contextual evaluation interview. We inform you that if we do not consider your profile suited to our needs, we will archive your curriculum vitae in our paper archives for a maximum period of 2 years; after which, your personal and particular data will be deleted from our electronic and paper archives.
We also remind you that you may exercise, in relation to the processing of data, the following rights pursuant to art. 15 and ss. Of the EU Reg. 679/16, reported at the bottom of this information, by sending a specific written request to the data controller.
The undersigned interested party, with the signature placed at the bottom of this document, certifies his / her free consent for the Data Controller to proceed with the processing of his / her personal data as resulting from this information sheet.
It also extends its consent to the processing of sensitive personal data indicated, however binding it to comply with any other conditions imposed by law.
